Are most traffic courts in NJ for most cases like kangaroo courts?

East coast traffic courts are "dont fight it ... just plea guilty to something you didnt do .. and leave..." Philly is the worst, but a kangaroo court is when the verdict is decided by public opinion usually because of bad press.
