I have two different blood pressure readings sys = 133 dia = 113 pulse=102 & sys=75 dia = 44 pulse = 106?

they are about 3 hours apart both at a resting state. It's a 45 yr old man that has been feeling sick. Are either of them close to what they should be? What should they be? Thanks
