Birth chart help!! ten points best answer!:)?

Well I went on cafe astro.com and looked up my birth chart the other day. It was kinda confusing and I really wasn't quite sure what to think. It looked like it said I wasn't gonna get married, but it said later down the page I would so if anyone can help me understand this stuff please email me!:) thank you! I greatly appreciate it!
