Is this swine flu? (Please help)?

Ok, so on saturday my throat began to get sore whenever I swallowed, and progressiveley got worse on sunday. Monday I had a fever that went from 99 to 100, my nose was stuffy, and I was coughing up (sorry if this is gross, but I want to be accurate) this thick, slimy yellow stuff with a little bit of blood sometimes. Tuesday, I had all my previous symptoms, magnified, plus this deep, painfull, gravely cough, along with a 99 to 100 to 101 fever that fluxuated. Last night I coughed until it hurt to breathe through my mouth because my throat was so raw, and this morning, I woke up with all the same symptoms plus a 100.5 degree fever, and my temperture generally runs low. If anyone could help me diagnose this, that would be great, and I would really appreciate it.
