Do you have to wax skimboards?

Yes, you should wax it. You do not want to slip off a skimboard at high speed, you can get hurt pretty quickly. It will not harm the board at all just be sure to clean off the wax when it gets dirty and replace with a new coat. You will most likely have to apply a new coat each time. To sc it off, just go to any surfshop and purchase a wax comb.
