How can i know he like me or not or want to go in future?

I am searching a life partner by net. Now i talk someone. I like him most but i can't understand he is interested or not or want to go further. He is not stick on words. Never reply on time. Not ans properly, but i can't do anything bec i like him most and if i will marry to him or otherwise i will never marry, what i do to know what is in his heart?
