How much snow does it take in inches before we say i hate this ugly white stuff?

most snow in recent winters and i do love the first snow as many of us do, however, there is a limit to how much snow i love. i don't ski or snowboard so a couple of inches is great and any thing beyond that is over kill for me. just can't wait for the spring mud the dogs will bring in after their daily run. the mud i have never loved.
