Was Lord Godalming the leader of the party? Or was it Jack Seward? The Professor, perhaps?

I really can't remember, but as far as I know, Lord Godalming was skeptical and hesitant, so he couldn't have been the leader. Right? Was it Jonathan Harker? It couldn't have been Morris either... Right?
