Is this the kind of workout I should be doing for what I want?

I came across the http://www.abercrombieworkout.com/ . It looks like a good workout to me, but I don't know if it's aimed at what look I am going for. I want a natural amount of muscle without too much m, but low body fat to display a lot of muscle tone. What I am trying to say is that I don't want a bodybuilder look which I am worried this workout may give me. I just want to look NATURAL. Examples of people who have the body I am aiming for is Taylor Lautner, Cam Gigandet, Daniel Craig, Brad Pitt, and Hugh Jackman. They have great physiques without going over the top with muscle. Is the abercrombie workout right? If not, what workout would you recommend? THANK YOU!
