I have swine flu... help?

I'm 14 and I'm currently suffering with swine flu. I've had the flu for 3 days now and yesterday was given the TAMIFLU treatment; I had one tablet and I'm now suffering with diarrhea almost every hour, and is really irritating. I believe tamiflu has caused this and was wondering if there was any way of stopping the diarrhea, I've also decided to not take the tamiflu. Will the B.R.A.T diet help at all? I'm also suffering the the sore throat swine flu symptom really badly, is there any way of atleast soothing it down a bit?
