Opinion on boys names?

Although it's pronounced differently, Ami reminds me way too much of the girl's name Amy - I think it'd get mispronounced a lot, and I don't really like it. I'm not keen on Palmer or Oakley because they sound more like surnames than first names, and Vernon sounds way too old-fashioned for my liking. I quite like Madden though - it's unusual, and it has a cute sound to it. :]
