Ahmad Bradshaw for Reggie Wayne, should I do it?

I have Dwayne Bowe, Brandon Lloyd, Mike Wallace, Steve Smith (CAR), and Vincent Jackson, not to mention Reggie Wayne at WR, while I only have Chris Johnson, Felix Jones, DeAngello Williams, Marshawn Lynch and John Stewart for a handcuff... Should I get Bradshaw for Wayne? Or do I not have a good WR core like I thought.
